Our preferred groupware service is Swiss Zimbra. We also support selected Microsoft 365 environments, hybrid DNS/mail setups and specific Exchange requirements.
Swiss Zimbra: our preferred groupware service
Swiss Zimbra combines email, calendars, contacts and tasks in one environment. It is intended for organisations that want a conventional collaboration platform without automatically moving every part of their working environment into a hyperscale cloud.
Central mailboxes with a web interface and access through common desktop mail clients.
Shared calendars, address books, delegation and synchronisation using common standards.
Synchronisation on phones and tablets; exact capabilities depend on client and service configuration.
We can assist with moving existing mailboxes, domains and DNS rather than only handing over an empty account.
Microsoft 365 when Microsoft 365 is the deliberate choice
We also support selected customers with Microsoft 365. When a customer deliberately uses Microsoft 365 or already operates a substantial Microsoft environment, we can support administration, migration and hybrid designs.
A hybrid environment may keep domains, DNS or other infrastructure with Connectionpoint while Microsoft 365 provides mail and collaboration.
Hosted Exchange for specific requirements
Where an application, established process or explicit customer requirement calls for a classic Exchange environment, we can provide or integrate an appropriate Hosted Exchange solution.
Business SMTP Relay
Applications, ERP/CRM platforms, devices and other systems can use an authenticated Business SMTP Relay for controlled business and transactional sending.
Migration is part of the service.
For existing environments we consider mailboxes, domains, DNS, clients and dependent systems together, so that a new service also results in a clean operational transition.
