Microsoft 365
Operate Microsoft 365 without forgetting the infrastructure around it.
We support selected customers who deliberately use Microsoft 365 – from administration and migration to domains, DNS, mail flow and hybrid dependencies.
Microsoft 365 as part of a real business environment
Microsoft 365 – still commonly called Office 365 – does not end with purchasing a licence. Domains, DNS, identities, mail flow, clients, existing systems and telephony have to work together. For selected customers, we take responsibility for a clearly agreed part of that environment.
Support for tenant configuration, users, groups, policies and recurring administrative work within the agreed scope.
Verification, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and other DNS dependencies, including environments where Connectionpoint continues to operate the DNS zone.
Planning mailbox migrations, DNS cutovers, client configuration and dependent systems rather than treating licences as an isolated product.
Coordination with local systems, third-party applications, Business SMTP Relay, existing telephony and other infrastructure components.
Swiss Zimbra remains a separate alternative
Where the platform choice is still open, Swiss Zimbra remains our preferred directly offered groupware product. We support Microsoft 365 where a customer deliberately chooses the Microsoft platform or already operates a substantial Microsoft environment.
Microsoft Teams as the telephone
When Teams is also used for external calling, we treat this as a separate integration project. Numbers, SIP, SBC, Direct Routing and the existing voice environment are described on our Microsoft Teams Telephony page.
Selected customers, defined scope.
We do not make a blanket promise to operate every Microsoft feature. Before taking responsibility, we define which administrative, technical and operational tasks belong to us and which remain with the customer or another provider.
